Specialty or Hourly Projects
In addition to more focused projects, we also work on an hourly basis. This includes developing business plans.
We also provide specific complex work on an hourly basis. These engagements are generally entail small and narrow problems where a larger evaluation is inappropriate. In these projects we often play advisory roles for you on projects that we previously worked.
In such engagements we bill in a similar manner to lawyers, accountants and other professionals. If during the course of the engagement it becomes apparent that a different compensation structure is more appropriate, we will work with you to change the project and compensation to a more appropriate structure.
Business Plan Development
When working with new ventures on developing a business plan we work on a flatter rate so that you have a transparent fee structure upfront. Along with the business plan, we also work with the entrepreneur to develop all of the operational materials, allowing the business to \'hit the ground running\' at the end of the engagement.

We also work with the entrepreneur to secure the necessary funding for the venture.
